There have been feelings that we could get visits from guys out west like Washington or Kendall Milton who might not have been super interested otherwise because of DJ. Winning the title the way we did certainly doesn't hurt our ability to recruit nationally either.

I don’t think he is, but a 6-5 5* TE is visiting from GA

Correct. Arik Gilbert, 5 *, is the number 8 player overall and number 1 TE for the 2020 class. He is visiting Clemson on Junior Elite day.

Why hasn’t he already committed to Clemson? What’s the point of waiting? What advantage is there for him in delaying?

I’m wary of any recruit who throws the term “all in” around and has not even made a verbal, much less signed on the dotted line. So again, please tell me why no commitment?

Whatever man. He’s supposedly “all that” as a QB and we want his family to be happy with his decision - mama, daddy, lil sis, everybody. But he ain’t “All In” without at LEAST a verbal commitment.
