Defensive offensive coordinator

The benefit of having Jeff Scott and Tony Elliott was that they balanced the pass and run game focus while being co-OC. Now, we have the QB coach calling plays, and abandons the crazy successful run game while ahead, despite having zero success throwing. So, of course it's the WR drops and other guys on the field's fault. And DJ 'ran his @$$ off.' It's pretty obvious he's trying to prove he's a good QB coach by being a terrible OC. Shipley obviously agrees too, while averaging 8.8 YPC.

It's time for Dabo to use the coach transfer portal.

make some hard decisions/moves. He needs two new Coordinators and maybe some other assistants.

All we needed to do to win the game was run Shipley, Mafah, and Pace between the tackles and mix in some quick slants to the tight ends to keep the LBs honest. That would have also opened up the tight end on the deep post. Hit 'em where they're weakest. It ain't rocket science.

Do you want to put 2/3 of the offensive band back together? I hear Morris and Scott are available. Their is your QB Coach and wide receiver coach and co- offensive coordinators.

I suppose if we're going to do on the job training, find balance, but I'd much rather get proven winners at OC and QB coach. Grisham should get another year to right the ship.
