NM. Where to live in Clemson? - young family

I have now decided to move to Clemson after all the replies.
—
Any advice on where the best places to live in Clemson are?
Would like access to a pool and/or parks within walking distance.
Country Walk or Patrick Square - opinions?
Also just curious Nettles Park is home of Clemson Parks, but it looks like it is actually in Pendleton?..

want to live in the Daniel HS district, as it is one of the best in the area. Seems like half the people I know live or have lived in Country Walk. Not a bad place.
if you like taxes and college kids peeing/sleeping in your yard, live in downtown Clemson.
if you like boating, live on Hartwell or Keowee.
if you like going to Clemson ballgames, live on the Seneca side of Clemson so you can drive in and out with MUCH more ease.
if you like shopping or fine dining, don't move anywhere close to here. There ain't much besides WallyWorld, Applebee's, and other tired chains.
With parks, pools, and stuff like that I can't personally help you because they mean nothing to me. I have 5 wooded acres with a nice pond that is my own "pool and park". But I generally hate people, especially the ones that would hang out in a public park.

Twin Lakes Campground. It's close to nature, has shared bathhouse facilities, and it'll make your kids tougher by living in a tent. Kids that grow up in houses with air conditioning and private bathrooms will be the first to die in the Great Uprising.
