NFL-disaster

The NFL is now the worst run organization in the country. Players disrespecting the flag and the league caved and wouldn't take a stand! What other profession would you see discipline on players that aren't even convicted in court. It's not the league we all grew up watching. I hope they continue to see a major drop in ratings and maybe they will take a step in different direction

I just find the games boring.
Thats why everyone LOVED DW4 so much. Je was exciting.

Agree- nothing political, it's just the general lack of excitement. I'll still watch R. Wilson some but when Watson went down, so did my interest. He's the kind of player who could have picked up the whole league combining talent with being the kind of guy you just want to root for.

But as for OP's comment- yes, not run very well or coordinated well with networks- like CBS had the great game with Wilson vs. Watson they could have hyped the hell out of and they chose to show me something else.

Even if DW4 faded down the stretch, imagine the interest they could have developed by building up the records he was chasing and catching week after week once he took over. They left a load of ratings points on the table.

I'm enjoying the NFL more than ever this year. Maybe it's because I'm in first place in my fantasy league....

Then again, I don't worry about what a few players do during anthem when I watch sports. That said, the season lost some luster when Deshaun went down.
