Next year championship game help

I’ve been trying to find hotels in the French quarter but the day before last nights football game you couldn’t even reserve a room for around the January 13th date

But

As soon as we won I looked online and they said “no availability”

How do I go about reserving a room for when we play there next year? Thanks in advance

I’m a Marriott elite member and right now their bookings only go to like 27 Dec. not sure about other chains. Hotels.com shows 96% booked for the day before and after CFP. I’m hoping other chains hadn’t released rooms that far out yet either.

Okay thanks, I figured me and the wife could take a 5 day vacation there so I was looking to go ahead and get something booked

I booked a place I found on hotels.com.. I assume ticket prices will only go up the closer we get
