The down time in between the end of the regular season and bowl season is often littered with academic casualties and suspensions, but Dabo Swinney doesn't expect any issues from his team because of the culture he's built within the Clemson program. Full Story »

I do like the culture this team has. It is top down and bottom up accountability, and it's ingrained in them from early on. In fact, I think most of them are recruited because they fit the mold of what Dabo and our coaches know is the "Clemson Man". It is a standard that we now embody, and it's coveted by so many now. Very proud of our Tigers.

Bottom line: the head guy is a winner. He attracts assistants that are winners. The whole vibe is a winner. They recruit players that are winners. Especially difficult with Generation Crybaby or whatever it is these days. The product of the whole equation is a heck of a lot of wins, and a bunch of solid young men that will contribute to clemson in the future and society as whole!

Hats off to all our guys for all their hard work on and off the field, coaching staff, too, for all the diligent work they put in to make all this possible; it don't just happen by chance and I know this is the first time I've ever seen it look like this, from an all aspects standpoint.
