I'm excited! When have we had the quality depth we now have? If ever, it was way back when Danny waqs the coach. I'm not sure we aren't even deeper now than then. This is going to be fun!
Now we know how our backups have looked so seasoned

I love the plan to be more than prepared when somebody goes down or needs a rest.
The more reps they get the more prepared they are, it increases their need to learn the positions/playbook, creates competition, conditions them physically & mentally to play and think fast, helps them rely on each as a mentor/family member and it clears up who has a tremendous upside and takes coaching.
I'm sure all of the above bleeds into recruiting and the current players reaction to recruits and them not feeling threatened because they know they have confidence/grown tremendously and the recruits will have to do the same.
Dabo has grown greatly himself and he is an awesome coach.
