The blind squirrel found another nut. Jordan Greene’s one-out RBI single to left in the bottom of the 10th propelled Clemson to a 4-3 victory over Morehead St. in the second game of the NCAA Clemson Regional at Doug Kingsmore Saturday night. (Photo by David Grooms) Full Story »

That was a hard fought game with our team battling themselves tonight but they came through when they had too.

I’m so proud of these guys, these one run games build confidence and they build confidence in our already hot team. Vandy’s Going down by a huge margin! Let’s go Tigers!!

Proud of the Tigers getting this gutty win. I still find it hard to understand why the 3B coach sent the runner for the 3rd out at home in the bottom of the 6th when it wasn't even close at the plate?? He just took the bat out of Beer's hands with runners in scoring position. Even if they had pitched Beer carefully and/or walked him, do you think Moorehead St would have really wanted to face Williams with bases loaded? It can have a major impact on the game and future games. Go Tigers and sweep this Regional!

I'm not a big baseball fan, but always fanatically pull for the tigers. Do we have much of a chance of going all the way? Great to be where we are.
