I guess I think a lot like Lee when it comes down to what you ask of your players, and not putting pressure on them of the important's of the game and don't apply to much pressure on a bunch of "young men. I think that what I would say to my team, is that I believe that they are a very good team that has put to much pressure on them selves to play better than they have to be to win. To play their best, but don't try and put the game on their shoulders to win. That if everybody played to their ability, and that is all he is asking of them bc, if they do that the wins will come bc they are a good team when they don't try to play above their person talent level. Be sure they understand that baseball is a 9 man team, and if every man plays to their personal strengths, that they will become a much better team with much better results. Just don't try and play like it's a one or two man team, and to do their job and to pick up a team mate that is having a hard time that day. The wins will come against the better team bc if our team plays to their strengths, they will be one of those better teams!!! I truly believe that bc, if they don't put pressure on them selves, there won't be any pressure, and they can play relaxed....
