New State of College Football

It's been a difficult week for Clemson fans. First we get the most punchable face of College Football telling us to shut up, then we have a defiant coach telling us to stay out of his business.
I miss the days when the best player started and your team needed to be better than us to win, much like the SEC is now.
Here's the problem: We now belong to a sissy 41 team conference where everyone wins a trophy and everyone get a chance. Clemson is now out of the playoff, OSU lost to Oregon, this gives a green light for PAC12 to the CFP.
Now all Clemson has to do is win the rest of its games to keep all other ACC teams out, and Oregon plays in the CFP. This will help the PAC12 with recruiting, and TV ratings. So on one hand thank you Dabo for helping other conferences reach the CFP, and helping Herby with job security.
We've hitched our wagon to the wrong super conference. Good grief!

Who's the face you speak of?
How do you know that the best player is not starting? You attend the practices & meetings?
Not 100% out of the CFP, but chances are slim. Just never say never.
How's Clemson winning keep all other ACC teams out? I can thank Dabo for way more than what you're thanking him for.
Wrong super conference? Only time will tell.
