And the ‘Fins get two extra third round picks as part of an incentive for hiring a minority head coach. I do not understand why this is necessary because he is a black man who is half white. There is no way he’d receive the same benefit if he was a white man who was half black.

Personally, I just don't understand why any race should get special incentives if they are hired over hiring the best person for the job regardless of race!!! That's the dumbest chit that's come about in this country, EVER. That BS isn't done in any other country in the world other than the United States that I've heard about!!!
