Got my smart watch from Amazon via China. So now the Chinese know all about my health and location. Blood glucose, blood pressure, body temp, Oxygen, steps, heart rate, etc. About $40 for Chinese tech.

Basically it's a 10" Android pad the happens to be a GPS, radio, etc.
