I made a 35 on one of his weekly quizzes, luckily my 70s and 80s brought up my average.
He eyefudged my wife when he saw her one time at some event, but she was smoking hot that night in a really short mini-skirt. College was fun.

I've told stories about him before on here. Now that college is behind me, my interactions with him are some of my favorite stories.... sucked at the time though.

majors in the 70s... was it Statics & Dynamics? He was in Civil Engineering and that class kicked his ###, more than once. Ended up with a Building Science major under the College of Architecture. Worked out well for him, he ended up VP of a huge national construction firm, retired at 50 and built a house on the water in Biloxi. Then Katrina hit, and he was bored, so he signed on with a small local construction company that landed a ton of projects & FEMA money to rebuild the coast. And pocketed a few more million dollars...
edit: I guess this dude was similar to Ma & Pa Bishop in Chemistry... older students advised you to immediately drop that class and keep trying until you got Knox Landers. Which I did.

Plenty of memorable professors there. David Stegall and Todd May in the philosophy department, Heather Borick and Ken Revis-Wagner (owner of Nick's) in the biology department. Fivos Drymiotis was this wild long haired greek guy who taught physics, he used to put a problem on the board and go out and chain smoke a couple cigarettes. Crandall and Costello in the public health department.
