I wish Dabo had left Ellington in until he reached the 100 yard mark. I know what he did was the smart thing to do (and I would do the same) but you have to know Ellington would love to remaian in Heisman contention. The voters will be looking at his yardage without considering he was taken out of the game early. I still believe he could break Priester's record this year. I don't like selfish football but it would help Ellington's chances.

to be under the weather as well. Our line didn't seem to have the game they did against Aub. Ellington had like 14 carries I think.

I heard they were going to limit him to about 10-15 carries so I guess 14 makes sense. Not sure what was going on with the O-line.

As a side note, did you notice how many Ball State players went down in this game? I think the 'real Death Valley' got to them. It was hot as blazes saturday. Kudos to the s and c coaches.
