DJU isn't bad, but let's suffice it to say he wouldn't be starting at any CFP top 15 school. After this season, he needs an outside coach to take him apart and put him back together, and somewhere somehow he has to get the "want to". Better mechanics alone won't get him or us back to the CFP.

His abilities are what they are at present. He is on our team and we can only hope that he can improve this season.
For Spring practice, maybe he will grow into the next TL...Maybe competition will replace him. It would only be fair. Maybe he transfers. But until then, he is a Clemson player and we have to support him as Clemson fans.
But you don't have to. Maybe you should hit the Fan Portal. I hear they need some in Cola. Just pointing our what a lot of people are thinking.

Hey Blood. DJ is a terrible QB who is below Clemson standards by a whole lot. We won’t be back to Clemson standards until he either magically gets a lot better or leaves and gets out of the way. I think the staff feels they owe him for coming across the country and leaving his family. Curious as to what your opinion of the situation is. All you do is police everyone else and never offer a take of your own. Would love to hear what you believe!
