Need a better gm from Swanson this week. Been shaky recently

He started off great vs GT. It looked like all our punting problems were solved after all the lackluster years with Spiers. However, it feels like he's gotten worse each game with last week being his worst. We were fortunate that it didn't effect the outcome of the game. In a game where weather could be an issue, field position is important. The punter can impact that area a lot. We need Swanson to get back to his GT form.

why EVERY TEAM Clemson plays always seems to have a much better punter. Been that way for years.

Especially since he's on scholarship, a lot of teams don't scholly their kickers.

You are correct. Dang seems recruiting a punter would not be that hard. Heck try out the guys on the soccer team.

Do like Danny did, get the best kicker from the soccer team and let him learn to punt. If it worked with kickers, why not punters?
