yet, more often than not, it works out just as it has in Nebraska. Do it like Clemson did it, hire the coach, then after he succeeds, make him and his wife Honorary Alumni.

so it made sense for them to hire him. He was the hottest name on the market at the time. He just hasn't been able to recruit well and his teams at Nebraska have done some really dumb things on the field.
