If they lobbed a guided missile our way WW3 would be on, but somehow we are just giving a shoulder shrug to them lobbing typical halfassed Chinese crap rockets into low orbit and then them acting like “eff em if they can’t take a joke” when it’s pointed out that many people could be killed when it lands wherever.

More than any other nation/culture currently extant, China seems to live solely by an “ends justify the means” ethical creed, and it’s really effing grating.

The Chinese really do not seem to care much about public relations.

Fascinatingly, the more time goes on, the more it appears that Trump (cough) might have actually been right and the origin of COVID might have been that lab in Wuhan, too.

When the dust settles there's going to be some really pointed questions about that. Increasingly, the so-called "Quad" is getting really militant about China. People are dropping like flies in India and Modi is getting increasingly truculent; he's going to want to put all that somewhere. Even Australia is starting to rattle its sabers hard at China right now.

The Chinese are about to discover, I think, that it really doesn't pay to be an a$$hole to everybody.

They might want to stop dropping their sh!t on people's skulls too, you know? Especially since people are getting really tired of their incessant militarism in the South China Sea, outright trade-war piracy, and tendency to steal every bit of intellectual property that isn't nailed down.
