this is what the email i got from clemson iptay dept, there will be 20,000 tickets given to clemson for national championship game, they are keeping 2500 for parents, students and faculty, they will be selling roughly 17,500 tickets, they also said they had requests for 22000 tickets, and that they feel confident they will be able to fullfill "most" orders or partly fill orders. i put my order in and still will be hoping i get the tickets, only time will tell

Iptay sent out a second email stating the following.
If Clemson participates in the CFP National Championship game, IPTAY members with the following point values will have their orders filled with the number of tickets requested so long as it does not exceed the following maximum ticket quantities. If the requested number was in excess of the following maximum quantities, the order will be reduced to the quantity listed below.
1,000+ priority points – no more than 14 tickets
500-999 priority points – no more than 12 tickets
250-499 priority points – no more than 10 tickets
100-249 priority points – no more than 8 tickets
40-99 priority points – no more than 4 tickets
1-39 priority points – no more than 2 tickets
No ticket orders will be canceled in full. Every IPTAY member who made a request by the Dec. 19th deadline will have an opportunity to receive tickets for the National Championship game. We will not be taking any additional requests for tickets. With this allocation model, Clemson has sold out of their ticket allotment.

See below for point breakout in follow up email from IPTAY. If you put in a request, your order will be fulfilled according to the point values listed below. So say for example you have 85 points, and requested 6 tickets, you will be charged for and receive 4 tickets.
Basically, everyone who requested 2 tickets, should get them no matter how many points they have, but if you requested more, it will depend on your priority points.
1,000+ priority points – no more than 14 tickets
500-999 priority points – no more than 12 tickets
250-499 priority points – no more than 10 tickets
100-249 priority points – no more than 8 tickets
40-99 priority points – no more than 4 tickets
1-39 priority points – no more than 2 tickets

Quick question, did y'all get an email from IPTAY when you requested your tickets? I put my request in as soon as the first email was sent out (first of Dec. I think), and have not heard anything. I am starting to get worried that I did something wrong and won't get any. Thanks.

Yes see previous post. Everyone who requested tickets will be able to get some tickets based on IPTAY points. I ordered just before 12/19 and have gotten several E-mails. I would check with the ticket office.
