I’m honestly a bit shocked. His run here didn’t end well. Thoughts? Opinions?

He's been through the Saban car wash and did a great job at Louisiana. Auburn wanted him and he was smart to wait.

....it could be just another coach carousel for Florida. 3 coaches in 8 years. Napier may be out in 3 or 4 years like those before him.

Named in LSU, UF and others. Likely a decent time recruiting Florida while her and bama.
He should do OK

I believe Napier was too young and not prepared to be our OC then. He was a great recruiting coordinator for us.
Then he spent a considerable amount of time
under Saban.
Now he’s an apparently outstanding HC and will be well paid for it. Somebody’s taking him, might as well be UF.
