apology. I have endowed two full scholarships and was the major contributor for the Fluor Daniel Building at Clemson. But, I'll go to the park and play chess, as your responders suggest I do.

I don't agree with how people responded to you, but I also don't agree with anyone calling out high school students on a message board that more or less represents my alma mater. Take your lumps, learn from it, and move on. Thanks for what you've done for our university.

The point of my post was that you were acting more like a diva than Simpson. The kid is about to make the most important decision of his life up to this point. Just because some fan wants him to go ahead and rush that decision doesn't make him a diva. If he were a diva he would not have shut down his recruiting during his football season and he would be out giving interviews every week. I never called you a coot nor do I believe you to be one. Sometimes fans just need to put things in perspective.

though - interweeb is a tough world - Big John is a GREAT Kid and would fit well in our culture. Thats a fact - no Diva crap - just a kid making a big decision for himself and his family.
