cause sure, we can sell for $200k over what we paid, but then where do we go? Where would want to be is now $1mm+, so that aint happening.

but only 10k in the last month. If I had the 20% down on a bigger place with a full acre of land, then I'd sell. I also still day dream of knocking down some walls at this house and replacing my small metal building with one of those big ole ones.

At the same time I'm currently as lightly leveraged as I've been in my adult life and I kinda like it.
