Medicalexperience.net - jump in here please . . . .

So I just found out the cause of my mobility issues, back pain, walking weird, etc -

From an MRI

Lumbar Spine:

L3-4, L4-5, L5-S1 - bulging discs - no degenerative vertebral body osteophytes

L1-2 - all good

L2-3 - posterior herniation of the disc superimposed upon disc bulging. No degenerative

Cervical Spine:

C5-6, C6-7, C7-T1 - all good

C3-4 - bulging disc - anterior impression on the thecal sac. No stenosis or foraminal stenosis

C2-3 - posterior central herniation - no stenosis

C4-5 - posterior central herniation of the disc superimposed upon disc bulging. Mild stenosis

Pretty freaked out by this. If I feel like this for the last 50 years of my life - holy crap.

Can I get back to 100% without surgery ?

All responses welcomed - especially from those that know what this means or have experienced similar.

Or even those that wanna see

Brad Brownell: Only Larry freaking Shyatt has a WORSE overall winning percentage among Clemson basketball coaches since 1975. Let that sink in. It's Larry Shyatt & then Brad Brownell.

Just one question

Not an expert but I think since there is no degeneration you can correct with therapy

“Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.”

My best advice is to stop sitting so much

Jan 13, 2022, 2:55 PM

and have an inversion table installed at wherever you work and learn to do everything upside down.

standing desks, or at least one that can be raised and lowered. With my ###### knees I'm not sure I could stand all day either.
