Yes, he is very impressive. Definitely sounds more mature than his young age. Looking forward to seeing him grow during his time as a Tiger!

Love how when asked a question where he could talk about how good he looked, he immediately praised everyone else around him. A real leader.

I love Cade. Have since I saw him play last year.

I said last December that if DJ didn't return to his freshman year form that Cade would be ready and able to replace him at starter.

What I saw was on the field. Now that I have seen him off the field, in interviews, I am even more convinced that he will be ready to step in at QB as a true freshman.

But, I'm not ready to tell DJ, "Sorry, it's time to make the switch." I still think DJ can improve enough to keep the starting job. The next two weeks will be extremely important for the QB room.

I’ve always said Cades talent is unquestioned, but who he is as a person and maturity level is what sets him apart and what’s going to make him a special player. He has that IT factor that his guys are going to want to run through a brick wall for him. The way he’s able to remain calm and doesn’t sweat the little things is going to help him reach that next level. Absolutely believe he will win a Natty here at Clemson.
