Until then...there's no reason to cap it.

My only question about Sumlin is how good will he be when Johnny Foosball is gone? He may very well sustain the "success" they've had the last 2 years, but there's also a good chance they fall off a lot.

Average Salary of an NFL head coach is 4.6 Million with Sean Payton being the highest paid at 8 Million.

Lowest paid NFL HC is Rod Chudzinski and even he makes a cool 2 Mil.
