Geez, to have that Big House Stadium, good to great recruits, $ to take team to foreign countries, a large Alumni base, great history & helmet logo, best fight song in "Hail To The Victor" & a band to die for..
but being 1-9 in big games is disgraceful.

This is a good answer.
Smart at least won the conference once, plus a Rose Bowl. And Harbaugh has been there one more year than Smart. Harbaugh has four years of nothing, and Smart has two years of nothing (2018 was something for them).

He's won the SEC championship, been to the title game twice, been to the playoff and a national title game, and been to the Sugar Bowl.
Not sure how he could possibly have done the least with the most.
I understand the Georgia hatred on this Board, but if you can't see that they are right behind us and Alabama in terms of talent and success the past few years (along with Oklahoma), you're allowing your bias to affect your reasoning.
Least with the most, at least the past 4-5 years, has to be USC (the real one) or Florida State.

Besides Harbaugh (excellent choice if you see things rationally), only Smart has watched his team fold like a cheap tent multiple times in critical games.
Behind Harbaugh would be Kelley at ND IMO.

South Florida to Oregon to FSU he's had one good year going 10-2 in his last year at South Florida. He then takes the job at Oregon, goes 7-5 with lots of controversy then gets hired at FSU. As a HC he's 52-57.

Lane Kiffin was a pretty gigantic failure at USC. He took a great team and drove them into the ditch. They are still a long way from recovering from Kiffin.

They were on probation before he took over, had a bowl ban, and were severely restricted on scholarships. I don’t like Kiffin one bit, but it’s hard to blame that one on him.
