Most pitiful thing at the game last night

Dec 4, 2022, 3:58 PM

I saw numerous South Carolina fans at the game wearing #### jerseys. How pathetic is that? I would not go watch South Carolina play in person (other than Clemson) if they were playing in my back yard....

When we were walking through Uptown.

But chants work better when more than 0 people follow your lead.

Suspect it'll be the only chance they'll ever have to attend a conference championship game wearing their game gear.

This wasn't meant to be cold. But, dang this should be sobering, LOL! It's a fact and as true as true gets! LOL!

So the guy next to us had a gamecock jersey on

Huge Clemson fan and he lost a bet to his gamecock friend. The bet was if Clemson lost he had to wear that junk to the ACC championship game.

Why anyone would take that bet (especially this year) is beyond my comprehension, but there you have it

What if Clemson had won? Would his friend have to wear a Clemson jersey to their 5th place conference championship game, I mean trophy presentation!

Well, they are the gold standard of pathetic.

To put it in proper perspective, while you’re holding back the laughter…..as they pound their chest, genuflect and “selfie spasm” over their 43rd win vs Clemson……..remember, Clemson hit that number in 1975.

Was when Dabo said "they tried in the Notre Dame game, but Cade through a pick and wasn't ready..." during the halftime interview and then repeated it, as the first post game comment.

Sickening.

Give them a break, it’s likely the only time they’ll be able to go to a conference championship game. They certainly won’t attend any championships in Atlanta any time.
