Defensive Coordinator

Goodwin, or Goodman, or whatever the gamer nerd's name is has no business being the DC at a top 5 program. He has no business being a DC at a Power 5 program for that matter, which is showing on the field. Why continue to play press man with 5'-7" CB and SLOW safeties?

He can’t help that our DBs are inexperienced and young.. BV should had got more guys in last year it appears

When your DB are young, you scheme around them. You don't continually put them in press man, especially when you're not really getting pressure anyway to help them.

It seems Mike Reed has forgotten to teach our young DB's to turn their heads. Don't want to hear about being young. Look around several other teams are playing freshman DB's and they know to turn their heads.

No stunts and no twists to give them an opportunity to get pressure. Goodwin is just relying on them to get pressure with basic bull rushes and dip and rip techniques.
