Michigan High School Sports

Michigan, probably the 3rd or 4th worst governed state in the U. S. , has decided high school athletes must wear mask while on the court in basketball, field in football, ice in hockey , so on and so on.

High school athletes, that have had basically .01 cases of hospitalizations due to COVID, and death rates that can’t even be measured in percentages will now try playing basketball with a mask. I can’t imagine that even being something that’s possible.

It really just makes one wonder at what point will folks say kiss it, and demand these sorry politicians actually start working on something meaningful while their collecting their gov. paychecks.

Oddly, the Detroit Pistons/ Michigan Wolverines/Michigan State Spartans are not being required to do so

NC is doing the same thing. All sports are required to wear a mask while practicing and playing. Football kicks off on February 26th and they have to wear a mask too.
