Miami and the NCAA---Big question needs to be answered.....

Yahoo!Sports has released another scathing investigative report focused on rules violations in Miami's football program---this time under current coach Al Golden's tenure....thats right, Al Golden, hired by UM Prez Donna Shalala to "clean up" the U's football program.

This, of course, IS NOT including the nearly unbelievable allegations made by former booster (and current prisoner) Nevin Shapiro regarding rules violations that took place primarily before former coach Randy Shannon's time---but, certainly some were while Shannon was in charge.

The question is, if indeed, these most current allegations---that Al Golden had direct knowledge cheating was going on---are true while the NCAA is still finalizing their investigation of the previous allegations, should not the NCAA step in and drop the Institutional Control hammer on the Hurricanes and, a well deserved "death penalty"???????.......I mean, if these newest allegations are true, is there any doubt that UM will continue as a scofflaw, renegade program intentionally operating outside the rules???
