The site is blocked by an ad but can still scroll. Go to home page and then Sports. An article appears with the masseuse detailing her side of what happened. Still doesn’t sound good.

What to know about Tony Buzbee, the Houston lawyer who's suing Texans QB Deshaun Watson Rebecca Hennes
5-7 minutes
Houston defense attorney Anthony "Tony" Buzbee is drawing headlines - again - after most recently suing the trade-seeking Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson.
Buzbee of The Buzbee Law Firm in Houston is representing a licensed massage therapist who accused Watson of sexual assault. Watson responded to the allegations Tuesday night, in which he called Buzbee a "publicity-seeking plaintiff's lawyer" and argued he has "never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect."
This is not the first time Buzbee has been at the center of media attention.

The former Houston mayoral candidate has made headlines for sleeping on the streets after the historic winter freeze (and then returning to a luxury hotel), launching a food and travel show right after he lost the mayoral election in 2019 and hosting political fundraisers, including raising millions of dollars at his River Oaks home for former President Donald Trump.
So who is Buzbee? Here are five things to know about the pugnacious Houston millionaire lawyer:
1. Buzbee's lawyer chops Buzbee has made a name for himself as a prominent defense attorney with high-profile clients that include former Gov. Rick Perry, which he helped serve as lead counsel during his abuse of power case in 2014. He helped Perry on his campaign for governor and served on the Texas A&M University System board of regents after Perry appointed him in 2013.
Some of his high-profile wins include a $41 million settlement for a spider-bite victim in 2015 and a $100 million verdict for Texas City residents injured by toxic emissions from a BP plant in 2009. A Houston federal judge later shot down that verdict, which was previously noted as the largest verdict ever against BP.
He told Texas Inc in 2019 his largest settlement win was $500 million and his largest court win was a $159 million verdict.
2. His DWI arrest Buzbee was arrested on driving while intoxicated charges in 2016. His case was dismissed after then-outgoing Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson said it was "the right thing to do" based on the circumstances, although the decision raised eyebrows in the courtroom.
3. His mayoral run Buzbee announced he was running for Houston mayor in 2018 by calling all the candidates "mediocre" and promising to donate the mayor's annual salary of $236,000 to a random person of his choice each year. He self-funded his race and poured in more than $10 million to his campaign, which he focused on corruption, crime, and wasteful spending. The race got nasty after Buzbee made repeated attacks on incumbent Sylvester Turner and allegedly created “deep fake” videos that put his opponents in a bad light. Turner fought back with ads that attacked Buzbee's DWI arrest, accused him of “buying his way into power” and compared him to Trump.
The race went into a runoff, but Buzbee ultimately lost. Shortly after losing the race, Buzbee announced plans for a food-themed show, Uninvited, which he said would spotlight Houston restaurants.
“I thought I was Trump. Now I'm Anthony Bourdain,” Buzbee previously told the Chronicle. “That's one comparison I would #### well take.”
No episodes of his show have been released yet.

His home life Buzbee grew up on a farm in Queen City, Texas, went to Texas A&M, served in the Marines and then later attended law school at the University of Houston before becoming a lawyer and starting his own firm. In 2020 he got engaged to then-28-year-old Francis Moody on a yacht in the Bahamas. The Galveston socialite said yes to a 10-plus-carat cushion diamond ring.
5. His love for art — and attention Buzbee is no stranger to the art world and has also been a victim of it. In 2018 he sued a Dallas woman he was on a first date with after she allegedly destroyed $300,000 worth of artworks and sculptures at his home. One year later $21 million worth of artwork and jewelry were stolen from his River Oaks mansion. He attempted to shoot the burglar but his gun misfired. Two men were later charged in connection with the burglary.
In 2017, he drew crowds to his neighborhood after he parked a World War II-era Sherman tank in front of his River Oaks home. Most recently, he made headlines for staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Houston after a publicity stunt in which he documented himself sleeping on downtown streets following the freeze. Buzbee said the stunt was meant to "prove a point and raise awareness," about the local government's response to the power outages.
