Men's Golf Team had a Strong Finish Today

They are playing in the Columbus regional. They had a tough time on the back 9 (where they started), but finished up strong on the front side.
They are currently in 4th place after the 1st round. It looks like a bunch of very even golf teams in this regional.

I'll second that. Went into beast mode on 18 and never looked back. Best news is he's a freshman. Meant to tell you that I disowned K2 for his "shell" debacle... Told him to bring me a lucky charm, not a dayum dud. To say the least, it was a really quite day - the dejection was real. But I love our Lady Linksters and appreciate all the love and enthusiasm you show. Think they'll show out next season.
Softballers really helped. Thank you for all the updates on ALL our Linksters!!!!!

We can't make any birdies today. Jacob's not his usual birdie machine and not sure with Kyle. Ga Tech and a couple other teams are tearing it up. Zack, he had one decent tournament at Pinehurst and that's it. Hopefully we can turn it on the last few holes like tech did but we don't score on the par 5's like good teams do and our play on par 3's have been lacking poorly. Maybe tomorrow we can turn in some red.

CGA ….. my son is close to the GT golf team and knows all their players. He sent me a text yesterday and said “GT will have the lowest or second lowest round tomorrow”. It would be nice if we were that predictable.
