I only like Auburn, Mississippi State, and Georgia.
But, I must say the incredible extravaganza the SEC Media Day has become is like an infomercial.
How can the SEC get away with this?
Prediction - Alabama will be picked to win the league

I’m concerned Texas A&M is going to join elite status

They host Alabama...
Starting in 2023 you could honestly see 7 SEC teams in the playoffs and that is just not right

He's right.
Based on current prejudices and methods of ascertaining "superiority", he could be right...and that would be terrible for college football.
SEC schools are able to maintain their biased positions as the ESPN darlings by 1) recruiting more 5* than any other conference, 2) winning their nonconference games (see How to Avoid True Road Trips for Nonconference Games by Nick Saban) and 3) being less susceptible to upsets than the other conferences.
The bias is real, but it's also based on recent history.
The occasional USC win over UGA or A&M upset of Bama becomes more significant because of its rarity.
If PAC12, Big12 besides OK and ACC besides Clemson don't develop roster depth and learn to win on the road, the AAC may get more playoff spots than them.
For college football to be healthy in the near future, the West coast must be allowed to participate more, but I don't want that to be at the ACC's expense.

In tne cfp era.. only 1 time did 4 sec teams finish in the top 12 of the cfp rankings.
Most of the time is was 2...
The probability of getting 4 or more in is really really low.

rankings beyond #4 suddenly meant something about playoff chances, there WOULD miraculously be more SEC teams staying in the Top 12. It's that indomitable strength of conference schedule thingy, don't you know?

No, it doesn't.
Silly rabbit.
Don't look at Final Rankings--that is after the annual SEC postseason didn't-want-to-be-here embarrassments in the bowl games.
The relevant rankings are the ones the postseason invitation would be based on: either Dec 1, or after conference championship games.
Going back to 2015, the SEC averages 3.2 teams in the top 12. But that includes the malaise years when UGA, FL and LSU were down. Lately the SEC has had 4 or 5 teams in the top 12 at the end of the regular season.
If prior years were used as an example, last year's Coastal Carolina team would be the only G5 team ever to receive an at-large bid. Cincinnati would have been awarded the automatic highest-ranked G5 conference champion's bid.
