This season is the results over loading the team with to many inexperience coaches. A new position coach has been added to the coaching staff for the past 3 seasonings, and we have seen this team get worse everyone of those seasons. Just a little bit worse each season until the team is broken.

If Nick Saban was to hire inexperience Bama players as position coaches every time he loses a coach, Bama would look just like Clemson does now with the talent that have!!! We have a #1 recruit class on our team, and bc of inexperience coaching, they look like a #25 recruiting class!!!!

People don't have to take my word for it, just ask yourself why has this team looked so bad from the start of the season with all the talent that plays on it. Talented players need talented coaches with experience to coach them up, is that what you see on this team????

I think the bigger issue is too many inexperienced players. Look at the offense: Freshman galore at wide receiver, running back, essentially a freshman quarterback and too much youth or lack of experienced talent/ lack of talent at OL.

Not nearly enough quality depth/ experience across-the-board. Roster Management failure
