quite a few players that thought you were supposed to get PT, and opportunities,based not on merit,but something else,whatever that was in their minds. Good luck when you finish playing ball and start earning a living based on the effort you put in.

and we are really good at recruiting the right players, why were they recruited in the first place?

Better players rise to the surface. Those who have never had to deal with 3rd or 4th string status can't handle it. Instead of trying to worker harder and move up, they prefer to move out.

I don't understand how you deal with that much experienced attrition, but I'm really interested in how its all going to work out.

I'm pulling for Dabo, but without making a drastic change to his approach, he can't compete year in and year out.

Spend the time in practice to learn routes and blocking assignments. PT is earned.

that are being forced on them, and they are making a change that they can control. Is that any different than a change in management at XYZ company, you decide that you will be better served in employment elsewhere and seek employment that will be beneficial to you, your family and your career rather than to stay at that company and endure changes that will not be beneficial to you, your family and your career? Seriously, how is it any different?

Believe it or not, playing college football is real life and it requires making real life decisions... being just a student requires real life decisions, or did you not experience college as a student?
