Or maybe we're just passing it around now so we don't get it during the season?
Hmmm...

Nah it was great idea and much needed for Clemson.

There are a lot of people in our country who don't want us to have a football season in 2020. They're the same ones that cheer on Covid-19 panic and locking people in their homes. They call rioters and anarchists "peaceful protestors", and are sympathetic to communist group-think.

Although I don't think Dabo or our football team are on-board with any of that, there are lots of people who are actively cheering the BLM movement who would love to see football go away permanently.

It was absolutely a horrible idea and will be the reason that Clemson will not be allowed to have a football season.

Probably not really a factor. It was outdoors with people generally wearing masks.

They wore masks

Jun 27, 2020, 6:50 AM

More than likely bars and restaurants were the culprits.

LOL, my point exactly. Personally, I don't believe in coincidences.

Some of these epidemiologists are claiming that probably 20 million Americans actually have it or had it and that the mortality rate is under 1%.

Re: They wore masks

that would mean that in order to get "herd immunity" that republicans keep yammering on about, we'd need for roughly 80% of 320 million--240 million people--to get it, and that 2.4 million of those people would die. If mortality turns out to be 2%, that's 4.8 million people. If it turns out we're following Italy, we'd have 24 million people die before we could breathe easy. And if it turns out that there really is no herd immunity? We would get to look forward to 120,000 x 3 (4 month periods)= 360,000 deaths a year from covid 19.

Always been my thinking too. Especially bars and restaurants that aren't well ventilated.

The names of those buildings were going to kill way more people this year than the covid ever was.

Let's be honest, we would have never got Tillman to wear a mask. Well, you know

Rather all them get it now versus middle of the season.

Almost zero chance that any of those young studs have long term repercussions from CV. Seriously they are just as likely to have issues from Flu. With the youth, the physical nature of all the guys and the better health attention, I doubt any have complications from CV19. I just turned 50 in June and had it in May, it sucked but I had worse flu bugs but I am a cancer/chemo survivor as well. So I know what feeling bad truly is!
