That was their crack rock promotional game. Every ticket holder received a crack rock. The athletic department only had to scavenge a small area around the stadium to find 80k crack rocks.

It is just the new "Cocky's Spirit Powder" sold by one of the nice vendors that live in the stadium area. It really helps keep the coots from passing out drunk while still in the stadium.
