Maybe i wasn’t right, but I thought Louisville would give us a tougher challenge

Even with their starting QB situation with Cunningham being our second half, their players were tiny compared to ours

It reminded me of when we suited up against NC State…. Tiny players

Louisville just wasn’t that good at all

It helped that they faced a defense playing lights out

for the most part.

I was surprised at how bad the UL playcalling was

They could have done more to get Cunningham out in the open (where I thought Clemson was most vulnerable). Clemson played much better than I expected them too as well.

Without the turnovers, this would have been a blow out

Clemson has to stop turning the ####### ball over.

Nov 14, 2022, 11:07 AM

How many potential INTs did Clemson drop? 3?

GET THE BALL!

Maybe not big or highly talented overall BUT..

mighty scrappy!

Their QB was their main weapon & he was skimpy from the start & injured last play of half.

Game over!

Cunningham not being healthy hurt them a lot.

Nov 14, 2022, 11:12 AM

Reminded me of when we had Woody Dantzler. He was dangerous when healthy, but when he was hobbled we were a totally different team and very limited.

Even in the first half, Cunningham was clearly limited by injury. The backup QB in the second half was solid, but not the same type of player.

I was also really pleased with our defense. We played with a lot of intensity.

Spot on. You could tell they were protecting him. In hindsight, I'm sure they wish they'd started the backup and game planning all week with him.

Also reminds me of cuse game in 17 when we had a gimpy kb2.

The only problem I had with our play was the linebacker for Louisville that kept getting through our line untouched.

After the first couple of times we should have found some way to account for him.
