baseball would be any different next year if we kept the status quo? You all know the old quote about doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
If Drad interviews Bradley LeCroy for the job, I guess his first question is going to be what are you going to do different. I am also guessing that he better have a darn good answer or Drad will figure we will do the same thing as we did this year.

and I would guess their coaching style would be very different too.
Bradley treats you like you are his best friend the moment he meets you, somebody you just instantly want to hang out with. Jack is a wonderful guy also, but it takes some time for him to warm up to you. He just has a steely, protected personality, which I think was pretty well documented over the years.
Bradley is a baseball Dabo - when he walks in the room, the room gets brighter.

Maybe. I have trouble warming up to him as HC given he recruited the guys who cant field or run bases. Also what has he done to improve them the last few years? Seems no one has done that. I'm a new broom sweeps clean on this one

I bet you were like me and thought they should have cleaned house instead of hiring Dabo. Dabo has been a great hire so maybe we get lucky a second time by hiring Bradley.

Seems to be working out light years better than the SCar approach.
Bradley looks like a viable candidate. I could definitely see DRad and the admin going that way.

I'm all for the best one for the job, whether it is Bradley or someone we have never thought of. I just don't know Bradley, so I don't know what he would do to change up what we have been doing. He may have learned a lot from Jack, but brings an enthusiasm that Jack may have lost in recent years. Coaches do get stale!
