I know several of you wear MJ's and I had just gotten myself a brand new pair back in June. Last week at the Neckcar race, I was really high and about 4 tall boys deep when I went to to the the bathroom on our bus.
I took off my glasses and put them in the seat next to mine so I wouldn't sit on them. I came back from the bathroom and put my hand down on that seat and thus on my glasses, crushing them and pulling the temples out of the frame.
First thing Monday morning I shipped them out to MJ (last Monday) with $50 repair fee. I got them back this morning (so like 8 total days) via UPS. I thought that was pretty darn quick turnaround and get customer service. Worth the $50 too.

$40 for sunglasses in about 30 years. Used to buy Vuarnet's when I was poor for some reason.
Now, I get the cheapest aviators I can find online.

I use blu blocker clip ons that I order by the dozen because I always lose them so you'll always be cooler than me

thing since sliced bread. All I wore. Once I went to Smith and then onto Maui Jim, I am not looking back. I still have my Costas, but rarely wear them.
Now when I was into them and all, I was living on the Coast and going out on the boat every weekend for whole day trips. So that is probably why I loved them so much, but I now live day-to-day in the hood, where all I need to see is where that next 9mm is just around the next corner.

two pair for like 10 years and rotate them in as the other pair needs repair. They fit my face well and my eye lashes don't touch the lenses, which is a common problem I've had with other glasses.

cleaned and probably have the lenses repaired. I just can't go even 8 days without them. I guess I could drive around in my smoke safety glasses.
