It really doesn't matter when it's held, there's more than likely going to be rain. It even happened last year in the fall.

subsurface "vaccum cleaner" system to suck the water out of the greens, so that they can keep them fast. They did not take kindly to MiniCoot shooting 20 under last fall when the course was soft and defenseless.
