We closed on Thursday. Got a notification (because I forgot to release ownership claim on Zillow) that the old house was back on the market.
Apparently, right after we closed Thursday, the realtor turned around and put it right back on the market at a net loss.
Now on one hand, IDGAF because the check is in the bank.
But on the other hand... what the ####

On zillow it says it has been relisted for sale

by the realtor's agency.
Got an email from zillow saying "new homes for sale in your area" and it was my old one.
I marked it as sold once we went under contract.
Why would they change it to for sale, and put a new price on it. A price lower than what I had up there

Should be full again by now.
I guess I have to drive home to drop heat instead of flushing all that money down the company terlit. I'm sure no one will notice me leaving 3 to 5 times a day right? Although I could just say I work in marketing and just continue "working from home during this pandemic."
