Made the mistake of going to the Cardinal board...

And are they a bunch of crybabies or what? "This one hurts because it's not legit"
How is it not legit? Lol Also... "On a neutral field, we win by 3 TDs" What?! We had five turnovers. FIVE.
Also saw some folks saying the usual "Clemson is full of white trash rednecks who support behavior that would otherwise result in jail time" in reference to Boulware. Look. If you can't take it then maybe football ain't the sport for you bud.
There's not going to be 2 teams from the same conference get

in the CFP. Just not going to happen. Not the ACC, not the SEC, not the Big 12..just won't happen. That was an elimination game we just had - and guess what, they lost. Best of luck to them representing the conference in a consolation bowl.

The UL fans around the stadium yesterday were mostly great. Very complimentary of us and our fan base. They just lost a close game after they come back down 18. It is emotional.. give them a day or two before we pass judgement on them. There were a ton of missed calls both way... especially PI calls. They had one at the end (3rd down) in the endzone, i dont blame them for being upset about that one but they let PI go on both sides the whole game so at least it was consistently bad. They can absolutely make the playoff. They have Houston at the end of the year... a last second road loss to a top 5 team wont keep them out when the Pac12/BigXII/ND isnt likely to produce an undefeated champ.
If all 5 of these teams win out (and that is saying a lot in early October) The top 4 will likely be
1. Bama 2. OhSt 3. Clemson 4. Winner of Houston/UL
Obviously a lot could change and we still have some decent teams to play but they are certainly not eliminated.
But lets give their fans a break. They have taken 3 close losses to us in 3 years... none hurting more than last night. Dont judge the whole group on what a few message board posts say in the hours after a painful loss.
or 20? Since even 1 team being undefeated at the end of the year is somewhat rare recently, it seems unlikely that 5 teams will end up undefeated. In the last 8 years, only FSU in 2013 won the Championship undefeated. The most ever undefeated teams in a year was 4 in 2004 when Auburn got left out of the NC game and the other team was Utah that didn't have a chance.
