OL seemed to improve through the season but that could be starting vs GA and ending with SC.....but SC had a couple 5 stars on the DL - I didn't even notice if they were playing.

Injured WR included 5* Ross, high 4*s Ngata and Ladson, EJ Williams, Brannon Spector, and Will Taylor. I'm not saying DJU is any good, but him playing with a broken index finger on his throwing hand, throwing to inexperienced (but talented) underclassmen, isn't a recipe for 400 yard passing games. Deshaun and Trevor wouldn't be lighting it up with the WR corps we trotted out against Wake and SCAR.

pass 10 yards high and/or 5 yards behind them or blown up trying to snag a poorly thrown screen pass with a LB bearing down on them at full speed.
This offense was so bad it injured our defense.

this season. But what I saw (and I'm in no way a mange-y "I STUDIED THE FILM, Y'ALL!" guy, just my reaction while watching the games the one time I watch them) was that there was really lazy or bad blocking on those plays that got blown up. When the blocking was executed even half-well, the plays were, what I would consider, successful.
It's there, it's a staple in our offense, but I don't think we run the bubble or slip screens nearly as much as we did under CTB and Spence.

it was right after we ran the same play which was actually executed correctly and we gained 10+ yards from it which really illustrated how 9/10 of every successful play is execution and not play-call.
