One big benefit of wearing White at home is that we get to see the other team wear its own colors.

LSU Whites w/ P&G trim were voted the #1 uniform in NCAA. But what do I know, I'm colorblind.

LSU wears white jerseys for their home opener and for home SEC games.

For non-conference home games other than the home opener, LSU wears purple.

On that basis, the possibility exists they may wear purple for the championship game (LSU is the home team and it's a non-conference game).

IMO it would be highly unlikely that LSU would choose anything but White.
