He's sure no fool. Look at the contract his law firm negotiated for him. Took Neff and Company to the cleaners. As for the lying, board members don't go for that language. By Webster's he has, but we prefer to call it coach speak or gaslighting. Lying sounds harsh - he did it but it was done to protect a player and prove his point - that DJ was in fact the best man for the job. Still, we can't use certain language on the forum.

To each his own, but I disagree. Nobody is perfect, but those aren’t words I’d use to describe Dabo. Did he make a mistake? Probably. Was it intentional? I sincerely doubt it. If we all reflect on our own lives, I’ll bet we’ve made a few we’d like to have back, but did that mean we were fools and liars? Probably not.

Can we just agree Dabo made a huge mistake? Is he not entitled to make mistakes sometimes or is perfection required?
He and Streeter can't(won't) admit it, but I think Dabo severely regrets not putting Cade in against USCe. He's well aware that blunder cost the other players on the team an opportunity to play in the CFP.
I know it hurts but let's move on and leave the dead horse alone.
