Louisville radio... Behind the lines in enemy territory.

Sep 16, 2015, 5:46 PM

Just listening to local sports radio, they are fairly confident that the cards have this one in the bag. So much so that they said "Clemson should be sorry about going to sleep, and even dreaming they could win this one"....... Tomorrow we shall all see. Go tigers!

"There's something in these hills and I suspect that's what it is - the ability of an institution through the unending dedication and greatness of its people - its administration, its faculty, its staff, its students and alumni - to impart to all it touches a respect, an admiration, an affection that stands firm in disquieting times when things around it give impressions of coming unglued." - Joe Sherman '34

Did they give any explanation?

Sep 16, 2015, 5:49 PM

Or are they just talking out of their a$$es like normal up there?

I will give them credit though, that station out of Clarksville, IN does a pretty good job for the Cards. (FM station, decent content, good interviews, ESPN radio affiliate, etc.)

I wish our "flagship" could get some decent programming on the air one day.

They said Clemson has no game speed and the cream puffs we played won't get them ready for the speed of the cards and the atmosphere of the papa.... It was a good station, but they are giving Clemson zero respect today.

they are just a year or more removed from being a Big East team and this year's team is not as good as what they had last year.

How do you keep Gamecocks out of your yard?
• Put up goal posts
What does a Gamecock grad call a Clemson Tiger grad in 2 years?
• Boss

are we listening to the same show?

Sep 16, 2015, 7:05 PM

I was tuned in for a few mins..

had a caller that said he doesn't feel good about playing clemson after seeing the first two games and both hosts agreed and basically said they've seen nothing from their team that gives them reason to believe they can beat clemson unless something drastically changes

and their forums are either completely dead or straight up depressing
