I always liked Boone, sorry but UL is a dump. I hope the money makes it worth it. UL has a long history of running a sleazy athletics department.

How Good Can He Recruit

How well can he recruit? That will determine how long he stays at UL. He almost got fired @APP ST. during his 1st or 2nd season as coach. They didn't because they had just moved up to FBS. I think he is getting out now while the iron is hot. Surprising he left seeing as how he is a APP ST. alum and played there. The big bucks came calling I guess or he needed a change of scenery. Either way: welcome coach; you are now a division opponents coach. You are the enemy!
