Looks like Harsin is going to keep his job at Auburn.

According to reports, the lawyers advised Auburn they didn't have enough information to fire him with cause, so if they fire him they will owe him 18 million bucks.

It’s currently a dumpster fire at Auburn. Do not know the specifics on his buyout but they are in bad shape and might as well cut their losses imo. Minus the allegations he is still hemorrhaging coaches and players. Of course the portal is a quick fix on the players side.

Hopefully their athletic department isn't as dumb as the coots and decides to fire him once they go 5-7 next year.

Was reported they received 54 million from the conference. I figure they can buy him out.

I’m happy for him. I always thought it was silly that you couldn’t slam someone working for you as long as it was consensual. Hoping they keep on going on the DL from now on.

You spend all of your time posting on Tigernet you don’t have any time to “slam” anyone

Depends on where you work. Some frown upon it and I get both sides. I’m the end it’s probably going to cause some unneeded drama that could have been avoided.

Sure. You make a good point with that. I can see both sides for sure. Just glad he’s not going to have to uproot his family and that young gal he hired.

Finds someone to sue. If they ruined the career of some innocent girl just to get out of paying a buyout then they deserve the death penalty.

Boosters can’t afford to pay buyouts anymore, they’re tapped out from paying players.

The AD’s overall seem horrible at negotiations. This guy was at Boise. I don’t get it. Same for Lincoln Riley. What has he won? Looks like crap anytime they make the playoffs. Again failure to understand.

Lack of "for cause" and still paying Gus Malzhan $21 million are the only reasons this corpse is still upright. He's gone after the 2022 season so they can bring back the puppet known as Kevin Steele.
