Looking past this game, I like where we sit!

Oct 21, 2013, 9:25 AM

OK so Saturday night was bad. Lets move on. Anyone looked at the teams ranked in front of us? Alabama - solid but must play LSU and the SECCG if they make it. FSU - could be they pull another Seminole and lose to one of the cupcakes on their schedule or Florida beats them at the end of the year. Oregon - still has Stanford and the other pac-12 teams that are getting better. Ohio State - anyone think this team won't lose to someone? Missouri - still has to get through the SEC and the SECCG. Stanford - still goes to Oregon and plays the rest of the Pac-12 schedule. Miami - has to beat FSU and VT and go to the ACCCG. Baylor - still has a lot left to do to win the Big 12 and make it to the MNC game.

So...a lot of things have to happen for us to move up but the optomist in me says that anything can and usually does happen on any given Saturday. Look at last week all of the talking heads said that USUC was the cream of the SEC East - uh maybe not. Guess they pulled a cocky!

I have confidence that this team will rebound and finish the season strong. One thing I have seen that I don't like is that in some situations Tahj ignores Sammy? What is up with that? We need to all acknowledge that we don't have a #2 wide receiver and we miss Nuk more than we realized. JMHO.
